Musical Director
Emma Worthy
Emma is a highly experienced Musical & Choral Director and Music Teacher with over 20 years of professional experience. A lifelong musician, she was reading music before words and performing with orchestras and choirs across Europe from a young age.
Emma has founded and led several successful adult choirs, directing performances at world-renowned venues including Carnegie Hall (New York), the Royal Albert Hall, Cadogan Hall, and Disneyland Paris, working alongside artists such as Sir Karl Jenkins.
Her work has been recognised nationally: her youth choir performed at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee (BBC One), she was personally recommended by Gareth Malone to lead a Military Wives Choir, and she has directed specialist singing projects, including work with people living with dementia under a charity patroned by Sir Cliff Richard.
Alongside her choral work, Emma teaches music and drama across North Somerset and leads inspiring vocal workshops for all ages.
Emma believes passionately in the power of music to build confidence, connection, and joy.
